Types of thermowood colors


Thermowood wood paint has two types, water-based and oil-based. For humid areas like the north of the country, it is better to use oil-based paints and for dry areas, use water-based paint​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Thermowood paint PNZ is produced in Germany based on oil (Oilbase) and thermowood paint TEKNOS is produced in Finland and based on water (Waterbase)


:Thermowood color resistant to the sun 

Thermowood pine wood is resistant to all weather conditions and before installation, they need to be painted with special Thermowood paints, which are characterized by resistance to UV rays from the sun and prevent color change. The wood is painted and then installed. These colors are part of the thermowood finishing process and prevent any change in the color of the wood. These colors are water-based and absorbable and have 80 color shades. Its high variety increases the power of customer choice. The mentioned colors are the product of PNZ, Germany, which is approved by the International Thermowood Association for surface protection
